As Bobsled's first employee, Julie’s had the benefit of filling positions from Account Associate, to Account Specialist, to Project Manager, Operations Manager and Vice President of Operations. These experiences offered insight into the inner workings of each role on the Client Delivery team and the needs of our clients. Prior to joining Bobsled, Julie was the Program Director for a large private school in Chicago. Julie saw the school through an extended period of significant change and growth (more than 500%). This experience helped Julie to grow her my strategic planning skills to facilitate an organization's planned growth, while also supporting teams and holding true to the organization’s vision and values.
