What level of support is Bobsled providing?
Bobsled will use your product assets and optimize both the front-end and back-end of product listings from an Amazon SEO and on-page conversion perspective. We can optimize listings across Seller Central, Vendor Central and Vendor Express. Bobsled can provide recommendations on visual marketing content but has no in-house graphic design capability.
Which Amazon marketplaces can Bobsled work across?
Bobsled can optimize product listings on Amazon's US marketplace (Amazon.com) via your chosen Seller or Vendor platform. We can also optimize product listings on Amazon Canada (Amazon.ca) or any of the Amazon Europe marketplaces (Amazon UK, Amazon Germany, Amazon France, Amazon Italy and/or Amazon Spain)
When can I expect the project to start and finish?
The initial project duration will be 90 days. Each month we’ll focus on an agreed number of product listings. However, you will have the option to cancel the project for any reason after 30 days, final invoice prorated from the date of cancellation.
How will Bobsled work with my team?
We know that optimized product listings can have a huge impact on your total Amazon revenue. Our approach is methodical and extremely high-touch.
You will be working with three Bobsled team members; a Project Manager (main contact), an Account Assistant (admin tasks) and a PPC Specialist (search term reports).
At the start of the project your Bobsled Project Manager will send you a Client Welcome Kit and set up time for a 1-hour project kick-off call. During this intro call you'll get to know your Bobsled Advertising Manager and we’ll dive into the specifics about our product listing optimization strategy.
All day-to-day communication will take place in a private, invite-only Slack channel (Slack is an online messaging tool). This will allow all relevant members of your team and your Bobsled Advertising Manager to communicate in a single place, eliminating the need for long, confusing email chains about ongoing project deliverables. Throughout the project, we'll respond to any questions or comments you have within 24 business hours.
Finally, your Bobsled Advertising Manager will schedule check-in calls with you at the start of every new month. Such check-in calls allow all members of the project team to discuss additional strategies to further grow your Amazon revenue (such as the launch of new products) plus any new developments about the Amazon marketplace at large.
