Olivera is insightful, analytical and meticulous. Her advantage is a five-year experience in Customer Care industry where she mastered communication between client and end-users.
Before joining Bobsled, she worked as a team manager at the customer service provider Sitel, where her main focus was on quality and customer satisfaction.
In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, reading and translating. Currently, she is dedicated to pursuing PhD diploma in Italian philology.
