KIRI MASTERS,
CEO

Amazon consultant Kiri Masters CEO Bobsled Marketing

 

Kiri launched her first e-commerce business as a side project while spending the early part of her career as a commercial banker at JPMorganChase. As a result of the expertise she acquired, she founded Bobsled Marketing in 2015 to help other business owners navigate Amazon.

In 2016, she published The Amazon Expansion Plan, which gives readers a close-up view of what Amazon expertise looks like. Beyond her work as founder and CEO of Bobsled, Kiri is an Australian native living in Brooklyn, New York.

Sales Manager Tom Crosthwaite Bobsled Marketing

 

As cofounder and sales manager, Tom spends most of his time earning the trust of prospective clients and discussing how an effective Amazon channel strategy can help them achieve their revenue goals without hurting brand perception.

Beyond his current role at Bobsled, Tom has a background in digital marketing and is likewise an Australian native who now lives in Brooklyn, New York.

JULIE SPEAR,
OPERATIONS mANAGER

Julie Spear Operations Manager Bobsled Marketing

 

As the very first Bobsled employee, Julie has launched hundreds of products for new and established brands on Amazon. Julie's work as a project manager entails overseeing all client projects and ensuring that project teams are delivering results.

Julie formerly worked in Montessori education for a number of years, and also obtained a master's degree in Psychology & Counseling. She calls Cleveland, Ohio her home.

Noelle Barnes, Client Project Manager

Noelle is an accomplished digital marketing manager with experience working for companies like Microsoft, Rhapsody International and Getty Images. Noelle’s career also includes nine years working for Amazon, helping launch new initiatives like Amazon Prime Instant Video.

Most recently, Noelle has leveraged her unique understanding of Amazon as a consultant, building strategic brand and product launch plans for Amazon.com sellers. Like Amazon itself, she calls Seattle, Washington home.

Jesse Rooplal, Client Project Manager

Jesse is Bobsled's all-around problem solver. Known for his keen eye and attention to detail, it's no surprise Jesse has a background in information management. He's also developed a superpower for  managing accounts with extensive product assortments.

Outside of his work, Jesse is often tackling home DIY projects in his spare time. He lives in Trinidad.

Lori Dinkins, Client Project Manager

Lori is a longtime e-commerce professional whose career has included consulting for consumer product brands on e-commerce strategies and managing both corporate and client-facing functions for a consulting agency. Her diverse project management background encompasses industries like food and beverage, retail, legal, and education.

She finds helping brands develop their brand management strategy very rewarding. Charlotte, North Carolina is where she calls home.

Louise Gray, Client Project Manager

In a past life, Louise worked at Sony PlayStation, managing production resources and schedules for multi-million-dollar video games. Today, she helps brands implement cutting-edge strategies to grow sales on Amazon.

Louise is a published writer, holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing, and supports the Bobsled team from sunny San Diego, California.

Lauren Sutehall Wilson, Client Project Manager

Lauren has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She is an experienced Project Manager and team leader. Her experience includes international work as a Senior Consultant for Deloitte where she optimized product listings by assessment and expansion of Deloitte's global Products and Solutions Storefront.

Lauren’s extensive experience in data analytics is a great fit for analyzing the world of Amazon and determining ways to help our clients’ product sales grow.

Rachel Wagers, Client Project Manager

Rachel is a driven Amazon FBA expert with a lot of hands-on experience helping brands launch in the marketplace and growing their revenue from $0-$300k/year in only a couple of months.

Coming from a digital agency background, Rachel knows how to listen to a client’s goals and customers' needs to create a product launch strategy that works.

 
 

Stefan Jordev, PPC Specialist

Prior to Bobsled, Stefan managed digital advertising campaigns at the Swedish software and consulting company Seavus, worked on a master's degree in E-business, and became a thought leader in the online marketing space, having written for several industry publications.

His multi-disciplinary digital marketing background includes Bing ads, AdWords, lead generation, email & social media marketing, and certification in Google Adwords. His home is in Skopje, Macedonia.

Aleksandar Gadjovski, PPC Specialist

Aleks’ background in internet marketing, specifically Google Analytics, Adwords and SEO, combines his prior interests in programming and economics. At Bobsled, he creates and optimizes Amazon advertising campaigns in Vendor and Seller Central for his clients.

He also has a bachelor's degree in E-business and is part of the local mountain search and rescue team in his home of Ohrid, Macedonia.

Lazar Zepinic, PPC Specialist

Lazar is an accomplished PPC specialist, having created and optimized ads with 10 million keywords across 12 European markets at European e-tailer MyTrendyPhone before joining Bobsled.

His career includes managingPPC and SEM budgets for Samsung, Sony, LG, Toshiba and Asus, plus numerous marketing certifications. He lives in Belgrade, Serbia.

Stefania Pilindavic, Client Account Specialist

Having spent nine years as an English language teacher, Stefania can create order in environments where it didn’t previously exist, something necessary when navigating the latest changes or programs from Amazon.

Her background gives her the ability to maintain a high-energy focus on delivering results for Bobsled clients. She makes her home in Novi Sad, Serbia.

Danica Petrovic, Client Account Specialist

Danica’s background in customer service gives her the patience needed to navigate Amazon’s complex systems while keeping client's product listings look perfect.

Beyond her role at Bobsled, Danica has earned a master's degree in ecology, and her home is in Belgrade, Serbia.

Armin Alispahic, Client Account Specialist

Armin has substantial experience in e-commerce, especially with Amazon, but he's one of those people always striving for improvements. On a daily basis, he identifies and troubleshoots critical performance issues for clients while keeping an eye out for growth opportunities.

Beyond his role at Bobsled, Armin has earned a master's degree in English Language and Literature, and he makes his home in Zenica, Bosnia & Herzegovina.

 

Saied Ghaffarian, Sales Associate

Saied has a versatile skill set stemming from his sales, marketing, and operations experience in the consumer goods industry, in which he sourced products from Asia for Western retailers.

He was previously a product manager for AMZ Tracker, which makes tools for Amazon sellers. He makes his home in Brooklyn, NY.

Sergey Flid, PPC & Finance Associate

Previously an auditor at KPMG, Sergey's financial accounting background translates well into the data-heavy world of PPC. 

At Bobsled, he supports the rest of the PPC team with accurate reporting for ad campaigns from his home in Kiev, Ukraine.

At Bobsled, Andrew’s work consists of generating various forms of content that help drive sales efforts.

His previous work spanned several different industries, and he has a bachelor's degree in history. He lives in Austin, Texas.

Aleksandra Pavlovic, Client Account Associate

Prior to joining Bobsled, Aleksandra worked as a marketing coordinator at a regional IP law firm, before which she worked as a translator for a local news agency and the U.S. government. She has a degree in Business Administration and loves travel and sports, particularly tennis and basketball. She supports Bobsled from her home in Skopje, Macedonia.
